This paper explores the critical role of entrepreneurship education in fostering future career readiness among students. The increasing importance of entrepreneurial skills in the contemporary job market underscores the need for educational systems to incorporate entrepreneurship education into their curricula. By doing so, institutions aim to equip students with the necessary mindset, competencies, and networks to thrive in a rapidly changing economic landscape. The study examines various aspects of entrepreneurship education, including its pedagogical approaches, curricular design, and the integration of real-world experiences. Findings indicate that entrepreneurship education not only enhances students' entrepreneurial thinking and problem-solving abilities but also contributes to their overall employability and career adaptability. Additionally, the paper discusses the challenges faced by educators and institutions in implementing effective entrepreneurship education programs and proposes strategies for overcoming these hurdles. It concludes by emphasizing the potential of entrepreneurship education to shape a more prepared and adaptable workforce, capable of driving innovation and economic growth.
